1930s Very rare Gispen no.108 , with makers mark (set of 4)

Very rare set of 1930s or early 40's plywood chairs. Originally designed by W.H. Gispen in the 1930’s.

These chairs have the original makers mark below the seat. This makers mark was used by Gispen untill the 50's. It is almost imposible to find a set of 4 with makers mark nowadays!

Next to that it has mostly its orignal nuts and bolts making it period correct. 

The seats were verified to be original by the Gispen Foundation in the Netherlands.

The chairs have clear signs off wear but acceptable to the age and rarity of the items. They have recenctly been lightly restored and treated with a french polish.

Measurements: Height: 82 cm Seat height: 46 cm Width: 41 cm Depth: 48 cm.
