Very rare set of two SZ13 arm chairs by Walter Antonis bought from the first owners nearby the "Spectrum" factory in Bergeijk where the chairs were produced.
A highly collectible item due to the rarity of the set but also because it's upholstery in canvas fabriacated by "Wevery de Ploeg" which cooperated with Spectrum.
Together the 2 chairs form a perfect two seater. The style is very distinctive with its chromed tubular steel frame and thick saddle leather. They have a dramatic and geometric shape with a low and wide appearance.
In used condition, upholstered in thick canvas in a faded red color. The chairs might preferably be re-upholstered but can be used as is.
