This seat has a lower seat and was therefor, back in the day, called a lady seat and can also be use.

This is a very early edition, before 1958, with the opstanding arm rests in the orginal black faux leather upholstery and orginal springs in the seat.

The seat has also the orginal makers stamp on the back of the seat.
